From your screen to the party.
Your PDF includes every guest card and, if selected, a host checklist. A little preparation makes printing easy.
Choose your paper
Match US Letter or A4 in Print settings to the paper in your printer. Select 1, 2, or 4 cards per page. One per page is easiest to read; four per page makes pocket-sized cards.
Print at actual size
Open the PDF in your PDF reader, set scale to 100% or Actual size, and print one page first. Use single-sided printing. Avoid your printer’s extra multiple-pages-per-sheet option: the PDF already includes the selected layout.
Cut and celebrate
For multi-card layouts, cut along the dotted guides. Plain paper works well; check your printer’s supported paper weights before using cardstock. Use Style → Ink-saving white background for less color ink.
Long text and small cards
Short phrases are easiest to read. The PDF reduces font size for long items. Review the free sample before printing a full pack, especially with four cards per page.
